How did it all begin?

In 2006 I graduated from physiotherapy and additional courses in Poland. I am Polish. At that time most interesting I found osteopathy - orthopaedic diagnosis and treatment using joints, soft tissues and fascia articulations, to treat warious traumas and disease not only of musculosceletal orygin.

After the studies I worked as massage therapst in prestigious massage health spa in central London. I know the job, and passion emanated from me. Asking the clients for their health problems and solving them imidiatelly. Some pople call it gift. Shortly I was recommended to another pleace. Privet prestigious clinic of osteopathy in central of W1 London. I became an assistant of a men who treated Princess Diana.

What did I see?

Thousands of patients, 16 treatment rooms, celebrity clinic. I studied english in the college, medicine and osteopathy in the clinic, one to one. I was a clinical assistent to clinic director and owner Mr. Nish Joshi. Everyday practicing therapist were two of us with other specialists on the request, all of us constantly educated by practitioners from different areas of medicine. Practise and books, private library at disposal and time set for education at work time, traning from the latest discoveries and medical ideas. I was trying, testing, creating. Uniting knowledge and experience I created NON INVASIVE method of work on fascia, muscles and joints, affecting the whole system (I found later on) and all coexisting sympthoms, immadietely killing the pain, accelerating healing of the whole body, getting rid of all the signs on the spot.

I was using the method in traumas and diseases as well as for the relaxation purposes of my clients.

There came patients, I was in the center of medical word, by the one of the most expensive medical streets in the world today. My patients were such names as: Cate Blanchett, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ralph Fiennes, Madeleine Potter, Patsy Kensit, Harvey Weinstein, Louise White, Camilla al Fayed, Italian Royal Familly - Branca, Prince Abdullah - Shah Family - Royal Family of Malesia,  Royal Family of Saudi Arabia - Abdul Aziz Family, Mitani Family, Grace Family, Melnichenko Family, Jonathan Kent - theatre and opera, British Girlsband "Girls Aloud" - Sarah Harding, Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Welsh, Nadine Coyle, Music Promoter - Daniel Muller, Creator of the top-grossing musical in history - Catherine Johnson, Film director - Shekhar Kapur, Plastic surgeons - Dr Maurizio Viel i Dr Maurino Joffily, dancer Gaz Davies. The Royal Ballet, most of the West End Shows such as 'Stomp' or 'Mamma Mia!', Michał Olaś - World Series Boxing, Musicians, Promoters, Dancers, Actors, Sportsman, Biznesman, Bankers, Lawyers, Doctors, Royal Families, Top Politicians and many others.

As a person and practitioner I always serched for a an effective method of helping others. Effective, efficient, and preferably on the bigest scale possible, to help as best as many. My motivation was always comming out of compassion and I was most interested in HEALTH.

In 2003 first time went to UK. My motivation was to "learn from the best". Those years 2003/2004 London seemed THE best pleace to study and practice medicine and all available effective methods of promoting health.

I learned from and practised by the side of teachers talking about themselves as best in their fields, who's results were supported by solid indisputable successes and medical evidence. It took a lot of time for me to practice.

It's like playing an instrument. First you learn the simple sounds, than the cords, then the notes, then you play a complicated pieces, and than you come back to simple sounds again. With studying healt is similar.

First you read and try everthing that is on the market about healt, you use it hoping for the effects, I was in the center of London, where the information about reserch, development programs, news, appear very quickly, often at the first hand, where the flow of information is instant. From the different corners of the world come hungry of succsess who want to share their discoveries, ideas, or ready implemented well functioning projects.

Over the years I dealt with:

• physiotherapy, osteopathy, medicine, nutrition, methods, therapies and concepts of health,
• exercise, sports, martial arts,
• religion, psychology, philosophy, methods of "working" with mind such as NLP, life coaching and meditation,

all of them were ment to ALLEGEDLY bring and maintain health. I studied alongside recognised as the best of the individual fields, and with exercise I deal with over 24 years of experience.

The next step was THE SEPARATION of all the methods of therapy, theories and concepts that do not work, work to slow or defective eg. presenting side effects. Always checking everything on myself. And again, it took a lot of time.

Today, I can safely say that:

Although 'Michael Kostka Therapy®' works quickly and effectively it's not of any form of:

occult, manipulation, magic, philosophy, hypnosis, NLP, yoga, riberting, prana, chakras, shiatsu, acupressure, tao, New Age, martial arts, religion, life coaching, meditation, etc.

Since 'Michal Kostka Therapy®' just begins I certainly believe it will become a Big International Movement.

I believe that the spirit and mind of the natural, and spirit and mind of the spiritual - must be traind and disciplined.

6 PRINCIPLES OF SUCCESS - Danger!!! Do not look, it will destroy your concepts.

6  Principles of Success

1) Purpose - Personal vision - Glimpse of your destiny.
    Oryginal intent for your conception.

• Purpose, vision – is your reason for living – against society – they will tell you what you can or can not do.

• With purpose and vision you know where to go, who to litsten, which streets to go, where to go for work, who to be with.

• Without a vision people parish. - from Hebrew – „throw of discipline”.

• Without a vision people throw of discipline.

• If you know your destination, you know which roads will get you there.

• Many good exits from the high way, but only one is right if you know the purpose.

• There are many good friends, byt they are not right for what you wana acomplish.

2) Passion – anything that comes against will not stop you.

• „Passsion says – am gona live you until I finish”.

• When you have something to live for – God says – I can not use you yet. When you find something to die for – than I can do business with you”.

• Passion never takes „no” for an answear.

• If you do, it was never in your heart in first pleace!

• Are you obligated to go to work??

• If what you doing you could stop do and still be happy, you have not discovered your purpose yet!

• If you could change jobs, and still be happy, you have not discovered your purpose yet!

• So what you were born to do is the only thing that could satisfy you.

• Did you discover the purpose why did you come to this Earth?

   3) Planing - make a plan! - write

• If you have no plan, you will fail.

• God can not direct you if you have no plan.

• You should never work in a place, where your dream can not be fullfield.

4.   4)People

• Toxic - most of the time - it's your family, since, they think, they already know you, and no one really knows you except God!

• Keep company with people who will keep you in your dream, not out of your dream.

• Keep company with people who will be on your side, not against you.

5) Persistence - you refuse to stop

• Anything you were born to do, you will not be given, you have to go and get it!

• You will have to iritate to get it. You would have to be persistently insistent.

• You have to be sure, that what you going after belongs to you.

• Seek - persistantly, agresively look until you find it.

• Dont stop, becouse there is a resistance against you.

• What you looking for is usualy behind a closed door, so you keep on knocking!!!

• knock - gr. word - „keep on knocking” Keep on knocking until you iritate the person who is holding your stuff.

• Person who knows their purpose iritates you until you give up what you siting on.

• If God told you: you will get the degree, if not this year, go get some classes, and come back next year. No one can stop it, only you!

• "No" doesn't mean "no", "no" means "wait".

6) Prayer - comunion - comon union

• You pray in a pleace, and than you seek everywhere.
  You can not do business in California, go to New York, you can not do it there? Go to Poland!!!

• Live the chamber (after asking) and seek, - persistantly, agresively look until you find it.

• You stay with contact with the One who gave you the dream.

• Refreshing when you worn out after the fight.

• Be like a Boxer after the break - "Come on devil, lets try again!"
